NEOA CANCELLATION POLICY

One hundred (100%) of registration fees will be refunded to parties giving written notice of cancellation seven (7) days or more prior to the scheduled event. Fifty percent (50%) of registration fees will be refunded to parties giving notice of cancellation seventy-two (72) hours to seven (7) days prior to the event. No monies will be refunded to parties giving less than seventy-two (72) hours notice of cancellation prior to the scheduled event.
