2026 TRIO Day Updates
Date and Location
TRIO Day 2026 will be held February 19-20, 2026 at the Sheraton Framingham Hotel & Conference Center in Framingham, MA.
Hotel Details
The Sheraton Framingham Hotel and Conference Center is located at 1657 Worcester Road, Framingham, MA 01701.
The cost per room is $159.00.
To make hotel reservations for your program, the lead chaperone should reach out to Kristen Try via email: ktry@colwenhotels.com.
Please reach out with the number of rooms your program will need, dates of travel, and the number of students and staff attending TRIO Day. Kristen will follow up with a Credit Card Authorization form, and your rooms will be reserved under your program name. Programs will have the options to make payment in full via credit card within 2 days of arrival or via check within 10 days of arrival.
Registration
When purchasing a program registration from our online store, please select either Full Day or One Day. For the Quantity, please enter the total number of students and staff you are registering.
A copy of your receipt will be emailed to you with the subject “NEOA: Order Confirmed”. If you need additional assistance with an invoice or receipt, please email Heather at hbacchiocchi@ccri.edu

College Visits
College tours will take place on Wednesday, February 18, 2026.
You may indicate on your registration if you wish to attend a college tour, and someone on the TRIO Day committee will contact you with more details.
College visits will include: Boston University, Salem State University, Brandeis University, Worcester State University, and UMass Boston.

Workshops / Breakout Sessions

TRIO Day Event Reminders
All programs must identify at least 1 staff member to chaperone a college tour. A short training will be provided for all chaperones. We recommend that 1 staff member stay back at the hotel to greet students as buses will return to the hotel at different times.
