2026 TRIO Day Updates
Date and Location
TRIO Day 2026 will be held February 19-20, 2026 at the Renaissance Framingham Hotel & Conference Center in Framingham, MA.
Hotel Details
The Renaissance Framingham Hotel and Conference Center is located at 1657 Worcester Road, Framingham, MA 01701.
The cost per room is $159.00.
To make hotel reservations for your program, the lead chaperone should reach out to Kristen Try via email: ktry@colwenhotels.com.
Please reach out with the number of rooms your program will need, dates of travel, and the number of students and staff attending TRIO Day. Kristen will follow up with a Credit Card Authorization form, and your rooms will be reserved under your program name. Programs will have the options to make payment in full via credit card within 2 days of arrival or via check within 10 days of arrival.
The hotel reservation deadline is January 28, 2026.
Registration
NOTE: When registering through our online store, you will need to click the shopping cart icon in the upper right corner of the page to begin checkout after adding the registration to your cart. The website does not automatically go to the checkout screen after adding an item to the shopping cart.
When purchasing a program registration from our online store, please select either Full Day or One Day. For the Quantity, please enter the total number of students and staff you are registering.
A copy of your receipt will be emailed to you with the subject “NEOA: Order Confirmed”. If you need additional assistance with an invoice or receipt, please email Heather at hbacchiocchi@ccri.edu

College Visits
College tours will take place on Wednesday, February 18, 2026.
You may indicate on your registration if you wish to attend a college tour, and someone on the TRIO Day committee will contact you with more details.
College visits will include: Boston University, Salem State University, Brandeis University, Worcester State University, and UMass Boston.
College Fair
The college fair is fully booked and registration is now closed.
Workshops / Breakout Sessions

The submission deadline is January 30, 2026.
TRIO Day Event Reminders
All programs must identify at least 1 staff member to chaperone a college tour. A short training will be provided for all chaperones. We recommend that 1 staff member stay back at the hotel to greet students as buses will return to the hotel at different times.
