Payment Details:

Conference payments are now paperless, and payment is done online through our NEOA online store.
Program administrators or support staff may submit a payment for multiple conference registrants. To help us keep track of who has paid, please include contact information (name and email address) for all of the conference registrants included in the payment, as mentioned in the checkout form instructions. The checkout form allows up to 10 registrant names and email addresses. You may pay for more than 10 people in one payment, but in this case, please contact the NEOA technology co-chairs with the contact information for the people included in your payment.
When choosing the member rate, all registrants included in the payment must be paid NEOA members. If your conference payment option is for the NEOA member price but the registrants are not paid NEOA members, we will contact you or send you an invoice to pay for the NEOA membership(s).
When submitting a payment for multiple people, please be sure all registrants have filled out the registration form so we know what meals and events they are attending, and what their dietary needs are, etc.
