Note: If you know of any students or staff that you are bringing to the event that have ADA or dietary needs, you can indicate those needs below. A follow-up form will be sent later to obtain specific student names who are attending TRIO Day, and you will be able to specify which participants have ADA and dietary needs on that form.

TRIO Day Participants

  • The cost for TRIO Day registration is $90 per person for the full event, and $45 per person for one day (Friday).
  • The student-to-staff ratio is 12:1.
  • To give all programs an opportunity to register, you may register 12 students per program.
  • To help us with college visit planning, please provide the name and email address of a lead chaperone for your program.
  • The registration fee includes the following:
    • College visit with lunch
    • Transportation to/from hotel & college
    • Dinner at conference center Thursday night
    • Speakers & Evening entertainment
    • College Fair
    • Workshops

1 day (Friday only) - $45 per person

** The TRIO Day planning committee is looking for a few volunteers to assist with technology setup and support for the workshops and other small-group events. NEOA will provide the equipment. If you would like to help with this part of the event, please contact NEOA Technology Chair Casey Henderson (casey.henderson@maine.edu).
