* Find out how your college-bound students can benefit from the New England Board of Higher Education’s RSP Tuition Break (Regional Student Program). The Annual RSP Tuition Break Catalog (available free of charge) explains eligibility for hundreds of majors at out-of-state New England public colleges and universities.  Visit www.nebhe.org/tuitionbreak to access the catalog online and to search the RSP Tuition Break Database for a list of programs available to students by state. Multiple copies of the RSP Tuition Break Brochure are available free of charge to distribute to students and their parents.
